June 2004: Research assistant for the Plan Ghana Maternal and Child Nutritional Status of women with children under-five in Bawjuase/Asesewa credit with education programme areas.
June 2004: Trained in the analysis of National Health and Nutrition Survey Data (RIING university of Ghana in collaboration with IOWA state university workshop.
Febuary 2004-till date: Contribute articles to nutrition and lifestyle in some leading Ghanaian news papers (Ghanaian Times and Mirror)
1998-2002: Served as a resource person on the UNICEF/University for Development Studies (Medical and Health Science Students Association) HIV/AIDS campaign and data collection for schools, hospitals and communities in the Kasena Nankana District (2000) and West Gonja District (2001).
March 2002: Trainer for field staff of Assemblies of God Relief Service (Bimbila) on nutrition and health assessment methods for their programme monitoring and evaluation of project areas in the Bimbila District of the Northern Ghana
