September 2005 Research Assistant:
Collection of data on child health, socioeconomic status of parents and took anthropometric measurements on both children and mothers of some selected communities in Bawjiase and Asesewa under the Plan Ghana Program.

September 2004 Research Assistant
Assessed the breakfast eating habits of School children in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana a Unilever Ghana sponsored project

May 2003 Supervisor of a baseline survey of Community –Based Nutrition and Food Security in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrim District in the Central Region
• Trained interviewers and anthropometrics to collect baseline information.
July 2002-July 2003 Field Research Assistant: Multicenter Growth Reference Study (MGRS), Ghana Site
• Interviewed mothers on their infant health and nutritional status
• Performed quality control work
• Collected cross sectional consent forms from selected study schools
