October 2004: Field Supervisor for the project in the Central Region, on “Evaluation of Malaria Dialogue Education in Ghana” carried out by NMIMR, Legon, for FREEDOM FROM HUNGER (FFH), USA, October-November, 2004.

August 2004: Team Leader, Consulting to a Unilever-funded project carried out by the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana, Legon, on “Breakfast Habits Among Primary Schoolchildren in the Greater Accra Region”. A report was submitted to the PI.

May 2004: Team Leader, collection of nutritional and anthropometric data in Asesewa and Bawjiase Programme Areas of Plan Ghana to determine nutritional status of women and children under-five who are members of the Credit with Education (CwE) Association.

August 2003: Field Supervisor for the project in the Central Region of Ghana, on “Food Security as a Representative of Poverty measurement” carried out by NMIMR, Legon, for FREEDOM FROM HUNGER (FFH), USA, August-October, 2003.

June - July 2003: Team Member Consulting to a USAID-funded project on Food Consumption Survey in the Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana with particular focus on the use of cooking oil, flour, bullion cubes, and sugar, which have been targeted as potential vehicles for fortification to prevent micronutrient Deficiencies in Ghana.
August 2001 – August 2002: Research Assistant, Nutrition Unit, Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, University of Ghana, Legon.

Dissertations/Reports
“Prevalence of anemia among adolescent pregnant females in the third trimester”. (Awaiting publication in the Ghana Medical Journal).

“Infant feeding practices of HIV-Positive mothers in the Manya Krobo area of Ghana”. Presented at the National AIDS Conference organised by the Ghana AIDS Commission in 2004.
